When your deposit is received, your order will be placed. At that time we will send you a written confirmation and a copy of the shipping agreement.
Shipping
The estimated delivery time is between 8 and 16 weeks; when your order is ready for delivery you will be contacted by the transport company and they will arrange a shipping date with you. The balance of your order as well as all shipping charges are payable upon delivery. The drivers will then unload and set up your furniture.
Just in Case...
The drivers are trained and equipped to handle any minor damages, such as scratches in the finish of your furniture, which may have occurred in shipping. If there are any damages which cannot be taken care of on the spot, the piece in question will be returned to the manufacturer where it will be repaired or replaced, according to the manufacturer's standard.
